Welcome to your perfect vacation getaway! This spacious lakeside condo is designed for relaxation and fun, offering everything you need for an unforgettable stay. With direct access to the beach, you can easily spend your days soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful waters of Lake Michigan.

On the main level, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room for gatherings, and a dedicated office space with a computer monitor and couch. The master bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, along with a walk-out patio for easy access to the outdoors. Bedroom 2 also offers a queen bed, while a convenient hall bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.

Venturing downstairs, another inviting living room awaits, complete with a fitness area featuring weights and a mini trampoline. This level also includes a desk and chair, a wet bar with a mini fridge, and a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and washer/dryer. Additionally, there’s another full bathroom with a walk-in shower located near Bedroom 3, which has a queen bed, and Bedroom 4, featuring two twin beds.

As you watch the amazing sunset, gather around the firepit on the beach for stargazing and sharing stories. With four bedrooms that comfortably sleep up to eight guests, there’s plenty of room for everyone to unwind.

In the winter, this condo transforms into a perfect retreat, just 2 miles from The Homestead for skiing and only a short drive to Crystal Mountain. After a day on the slopes, return to the warmth and comfort of your lakeside home.

House Rules

  • Check-in from 4:00 PM - anytime
  • Minimum check-in age - 25
  • NO pets, smoking, or parties
  • Rental agreement electronically signed and driver licenses upload required during booking
  • Check-out 10:00 AM
  • Early/Late check-in/out subject to availability
  • $1000 security hold placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure
  • Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued

We are happy you chose our BeachComber 15 home for your stay. We hope you will make the most of this cozy home and its amenities. We have put a lot of effort into making it a lovely space. Hence the following House Rules:

  • Homestead pool not available to guests, no grills allowed, *shared use fire pit on the beach (*requires reservation).
  • Lock all doors, windows and garage doors any time you leave the house.
  • Absolutely no animals of any kind, as we are extremely allergic. An additional 1,000.00 fee will be imposed if any site or signs of animals. Sorry we take this seriously we even have our housekeepers only use our cleaning equipment. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of reservation without reimbursement for housing of any kind.
  • No Smoking- No smoking of any kind, in the house, including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco products, cannabis or any other smoke or inhaled products. Breaking this rule will incur a $500 fine/fee.
  • No parties or events
  • We leave an initial supply of toiletries and paper towels. 
  • You want to bring any coffees, teas, and extras. 
  • Missing or damaged towels, sheets, quilts, blankets, pillows will be charged to guest at replacement cost.
  • No fireworks.
  • Please park on the cement or gravel area only. No parking or driving on grass or edges is allowed due to possible irrigation and septic damage.
  • Absolutely no beach fires
  • Quiet time is from 11pm-7am daily.
  • Don’t eat in the bedrooms please.
  • We do not expect this to be an issue ever however we are told we must disclose our expectations. Trash/Messy- If the home is left with excessive trash, vomit, bodily fluids we will charge $100 for every extra hour of cleaning required.
  • Accidents/injury=Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm or illness arising from their use of the premises. Guest recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
  • This property has security surveillance outside in the front and back of this home and in the garage/game room.
