Our condo unit is more than just your typical vacation rental. This dreamy stay offers guests cozy and comfort met with high-end appliances and upscale furnishings that you can’t just find anywhere else. You also get the convenience of being located right on the beach! For those looking for a longer vacation stay with convenience and comfort, Beachy Keen will give you all that you want for a luxurious stay!

Living Spaces

After a long day of adventures or traveling, everyone will be delighted to see the open-floor living area which houses several cozy sofas, perfect for everyone to gather and spend time reminiscing and unwinding, the flat-screen TV to stream shows and movies with, and the glass sliding door to the porch giving all a beautiful view from the perfect spot! Open and spacious, everyone will be able to move around without feeling crowded!

Kitchen & Dining

Anyone from simple snackers to gourmet chefs will enjoy the kitchen! Open to the living area, this kitchen brings luxury and modernity together with stainless steel appliances and ample quartz countertop space! This exquisite space is fully equipped and ready for delicious meals to be made here!

The dining table sits in its own nook on the opposite side of the room with two large windows showcasing the stunning beach and seats 4. Additionally, the kitchen bar offers 4 comfortable stools. No matter where mealtimes are, everyone is sure to have a fun time!

Bedrooms & Baths

Beachy Keen is a spaciously designed condo for 6 guests to enjoy. Whether it’s three couples, a small family, or a group, anyone will be able to relax and sleep in comfort with their choice of 3 cozy bedrooms, including a guest suite with a queen bed and private bathroom. The master bedroom holds a queen bed and the second bedroom comes with a sleeper sofa. For a smaller group, this bedroom could be used as another common area. 

The laundry room resides through the doorway next to the kitchen and boasts a stacked washer and dryer set. 

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, dresser, closet space, workspace, seating.

Bedroom 2: Sleeper sofa, TV, movie/bookstand, closet space.

Bedroom 3: Guest suite queen bedroom, closet spaces, dresser, full bath with shower.

There is a grill available outside one of the bedrooms, perfect for cooking on a sunny day! Travel into Suttons Bay or villages like Glen Arbor, which offers many favored local attractions for everyone to enjoy including Lake Michigan beaches, golf spots, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and many more!

House Rules

  • Check-in from 4:00 PM - anytime
  • Minimum check-in age - 25
  • Dog-Friendly (Max of 2 w/Pet fee, No Cats-HOA Board Approval Only)
  • NO smoking, or parties
  • Rental agreement electronically signed and driver licenses upload required during booking
  • Check-out 10:00 AM
  • Early/Late check-in/out subject to availability
  • $1000 security hold placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure
  • Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued

We are happy you chose our Beachy Keen home for your stay. We hope you will make the most of this cozy home and its amenities. We have put a lot of effort into making it a lovely space. Hence the following House Rules:

  • We are pet friendly with a 2 pet limit with board approval only. We just ask that you clean up after your pets. Must be on a leash at all times. 
  • Parties are not allowed as this home is in a quiet neighborhood.
  • For insurance and safety purposes, all guests must be listed and accounted for on your reservation/itinerary. No more than the maximum amount of guests may stay at any time. 
  • Lock all doors, windows and garage doors any time you leave the house.
  • No Smoking- No smoking of any kind, in the house, including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco products, cannabis or any other smoke or inhaled products. Breaking this rule will incur a $500 fine/fee. 
  • We leave an initial supply of toiletries and paper towels. 
  • You want to bring any coffees, teas, and extras. 
  • No parties or events
  • Missing or damaged towels, sheets, quilts, blankets, pillows will be charged to guest at replacement cost.
  • No fireworks.
  • Please park on the cement or gravel area only. No parking or driving on grass or edges is allowed due to possible irrigation and septic damage.
  • Quiet time is from 11pm-7am daily.
  • Don’t eat in the bedrooms please.
  • We do not expect this to be an issue ever however we are told we must disclose our expectations. Trash/Messy- If the home is left with excessive trash, vomit, bodily fluids we will charge $100 for every extra hour of cleaning required.
  • Accidents/injury=Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm or illness arising from their use of the premises. Guest recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
  • This property has security surveillance outside in the front and back of this home
  • It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance when booking our home. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, weather, illness, emergencies etc, which could cause you to need to cancel your trip or end it prematurely. If you choose not to obtain travel insurance, please know that we will abide by our cancellation policy and no refunds will be provided should you decline to protect your travel. If you book this unit, that action constitutes agreement with this policy. Under no circumstances will guest receive a reduction in rent, be relocated at owner’s expense or be refunded for any equipment or amenity failure. Property manager/owner, upon being notified by guest of any malfunction will make every reasonable effort to have such appliances/amenities repaired. Replacement or repair during occupancy cannot be guaranteed. Issues must be reported to owner within 24 hours of arrival.
