This property is located a small drive away from downtown Glen Arbor and an even smaller drive to Lake Michigan public beach, a popular tourist destination! Crystal View gives guests an unforgettable vacation experience with dreamy furnishings, ample yard space for all to explore, kayaks to take out on the water, and a comfortable home to relax in.
Walk right into an ample open floor space with extraordinary wall-length windows bringing in lots of natural lighting for a refreshing stay. The colorful greens and blues add to the bright charm of the house and the plush furnishings will have everyone enjoying their relaxation in every room. Hardwood flooring takes up the majority of the cottage with carpet covering the bedrooms. With Crystal View, guests are assured to get a much refreshing, relaxed stay!
Living Spaces
The living room is a great area for relaxation and connection! Enjoy the comfortable sectional spacious enough for everybody to relax on! There are two individual chairs behind the sectional for extra room or if one just wants to unwind with a good book. After a long day of traveling or venturing the town, the living room is the perfect spot for resting! And with so much space, imagine playing exciting games with the group!
Kitchen & Dining
Just steps away from the living room is the spacious fully stocked gourmet kitchen, where the chef of the group can cook to their heart’s content! The quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and counterspace make this area perfect for all to use! From warming up a cup of coffee in the morning to whipping up delectable meals, everyone will enjoy their time using this space.
The charming dining table is only adjacent to the kitchen and seats 6. Here, everyone is sure to enjoy their time here whether it is for meal time or playing card games. There are also 2 stools at the kitchen island for extra space.
Bedrooms & Baths
Crystal View sleeps 7 guests at most between 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has its own large space with a dreamy king bed, ensuite bath, and one-way mirror closet. The second primary room houses a cozy queen bed with its own sweet view outside and a smart TV, and the third bedroom comes with a bunk bed and trundle that will comfortably sleep 3. For those with kids, this room would be perfect!

Entertain the whole group on the plush patio furniture while whipping up food with the grill. And with the firepit, make some warm s’mores and unforgettable memories to cherish!

Payment Schedule – 50% due at the time of booking and 50% due 60 days prior to arrival.
Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $1,000 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy –Guest receives 97.00% if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.
We love communicating with our guests. To ensure nothing is missed or lost in translation, we are available via email or text. At time of booking, you will be required to read and sign a short-term rental agreement, provide a security deposit and provide a copy of a government issued ID for guest booking reservation. Once check out is complete, no damage is confirmed and it appears all house rules and check out procedures have been adhered to, your security deposit hold will be released. Please note that this may take up to 7 business days.
Due to same day arrival and departures, regretfully, we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. We ask that you do not interrupt the cleaning crew as this will only delay your check-in. The cleaning crew is not authorized to allow anyone access to the property. - No pets of any kind.
- No smoking inside, please use the ash tray out back if smoking. Cigarette butts in the yard will incur extra cleaning fees that will be withheld from your deposit.
- Parties are not allowed as this home is in a quiet neighborhood.
- For insurance and safety purposes, all guests must be listed and accounted for on your reservation/itinerary. No more than the maximum amount of guests may stay at any time.
- It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance when booking our home. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, weather, illness, emergencies etc, which could cause you to need to cancel your trip or end it prematurely. If you choose not to obtain travel insurance, please know that we will abide by our cancellation policy and no refunds will be provided should you decline to protect your travel. If you book this unit, that action constitutes agreement with this policy. Under no circumstances will guest receive a reduction in rent, be relocated at owner’s expense or be refunded for any equipment or amenity failure. Property manager/owner, upon being notified by guest of any malfunction will make every reasonable effort to have such appliances/amenities repaired. Replacement or repair during occupancy cannot be guaranteed. Issues must be reported to owner within 24 hours of arrival.
