With its high end furnishings and modern design, the Empire Beach House was made with your ultimate comfort in mind. This open sized main floor with high ceilings and natural lighting is sure to make you feel right at home. Everything is only steps away making it convenient and easy for everyone to get around. With its simplicity and minimalist design, this house was designed for anyone and everyone and houses up to eight at a time.

Only steps away from the living room is this high end modern kitchen stocked for all your cooking needs. Whether you’ll make gourmet meals or simple dishes, this kitchen has all you’ll ever need for your vacation. Enjoy a cup of coffee with the coffeemaker or use the blender to make tasty smoothies for your morning’s delight. An icemaker is also provided.

This high end luxurious house doesn’t stop on the first floor. Empire Beach provides two spacious queen rooms and a third bedroom with a twin over twin bunk room perfect for the kids. You may also use the air mattress for extra room.

House Rules

  • Check-in from 4:00 PM - anytime
  • Minimum check-in age - 25
  • NO smoking, or parties
  • Rental agreement electronically signed and driver licenses upload required during booking
  • Check-out 10:00 AM
  • Early/Late check-in/out subject to availability
  • $1000 security hold placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure
  • Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued

We are happy you chose our Empire Beach House home for your stay. We hope you will make the most of this cozy home and its amenities. We have put a lot of effort into making it a lovely space. Hence the following House Rules:

  • Parties are not allowed as this home is in a quiet neighborhood.
  • For insurance and safety purposes, all guests must be listed and accounted for on your reservation/itinerary. No more than the maximum amount of guests may stay at any time.
  • Lock all doors, windows and garage doors any time you leave the house.
  • No Smoking- No smoking of any kind, in the house, including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco products, cannabis or any other smoke or inhaled products. Breaking this rule will incur a $500 fine/fee.
  • We leave an initial supply of toiletries and paper towels.
  • You want to bring any coffees, teas, and extras.
  • No parties or events
  • Missing or damaged towels, sheets, quilts, blankets, pillows will be charged to guest at replacement cost.
  • No fireworks.
  • Please park on the cement or gravel area only. No parking or driving on grass or edges is allowed due to possible irrigation and septic damage.
  • Quiet time is from 11pm-7am daily.
  • Don’t eat in the bedrooms please.
  • We do not expect this to be an issue ever however we are told we must disclose our expectations. Trash/Messy- If the home is left with excessive trash, vomit, bodily fluids we will charge $100 for every extra hour of cleaning required.
  • Accidents/injury=Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm or illness arising from their use of the premises. Guest recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
  • This property has security surveillance outside in the front and back of this home
  • It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance when booking our home. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, weather, illness, emergencies etc, which could cause you to need to cancel your trip or end it prematurely. If you choose not to obtain travel insurance, please know that we will abide by our cancellation policy and no refunds will be provided should you decline to protect your travel. If you book this unit, that action constitutes agreement with this policy. Under no circumstances will guest receive a reduction in rent, be relocated at owner’s expense or be refunded for any equipment or amenity failure. Property manager/owner, upon being notified by guest of any malfunction will make every reasonable effort to have such appliances/amenities repaired. Replacement or repair during occupancy cannot be guaranteed. Issues must be reported to owner within 24 hours of arrival.
