Empire Beach House is a hidden treasure perfectly nestled in the magically serene town of Empire, Michigan. It sits right on Lake Michigan with endless sand and water for your perfect vacation. With its high end furnishings and modern design, the Empire Beach House was made with your ultimate comfort in mind. This open sized main floor with high ceilings and natural lighting is sure to make you feel right at home. Everything is only steps away making it convenient and easy for everyone to get around. With its simplicity and minimalist design, this house was designed for anyone and everyone and houses up to eight at a time.

Only steps away from the living room is this high end modern kitchen stocked for all your cooking needs. Whether you’ll make gourmet meals or simple dishes, this kitchen has all you’ll ever need for your vacation. Enjoy a cup of coffee with the coffeemaker or use the blender to make tasty smoothies for your morning’s delight. An icemaker is also provided.
Bedrooms and Bath
This high end luxurious house doesn’t stop on the first floor. Empire Beach provides two spacious queen rooms and a third bedroom with a twin over twin bunk room perfect for the kids. You may also use the sleeper sofa for extra room.

Payment Schedule – 50% due at the time of booking and 50% due 60 days prior to arrival.
Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $1,000 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy –Guest receives 97.00% if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.
We love communicating with our guests. To ensure nothing is missed or lost in translation, we are available via email or text. At time of booking, you will be required to read and sign a short-term rental agreement, provide a security deposit and provide a copy of a government issued ID for guest booking reservation. Once check out is complete, no damage is confirmed and it appears all house rules and check out procedures have been adhered to, your security deposit hold will be released. Please note that this may take up to 7 business days.
Due to same day arrival and departures, regretfully, we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. We ask that you do not interrupt the cleaning crew as this will only delay your check-in. The cleaning crew is not authorized to allow anyone access to the property. - No pets of any kind.
- No smoking inside, please use the ash tray out back if smoking. Cigarette butts in the yard will incur extra cleaning fees that will be withheld from your deposit.
- Parties are not allowed as this home is in a quiet neighborhood.
- For insurance and safety purposes, all guests must be listed and accounted for on your reservation/itinerary. No more than the maximum amount of guests may stay at any time.
- It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance when booking our home. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, weather, illness, emergencies etc, which could cause you to need to cancel your trip or end it prematurely. If you choose not to obtain travel insurance, please know that we will abide by our cancellation policy and no refunds will be provided should you decline to protect your travel. If you book this unit, that action constitutes agreement with this policy. Under no circumstances will guest receive a reduction in rent, be relocated at owner’s expense or be refunded for any equipment or amenity failure. Property manager/owner, upon being notified by guest of any malfunction will make every reasonable effort to have such appliances/amenities repaired. Replacement or repair during occupancy cannot be guaranteed. Issues must be reported to owner within 24 hours of arrival.
