Living Spaces
The main living area of Island View offers peaceful, comfortable times after a long day of traveling and adventuring. With plenty of cozy seating surrounding the fireplace and a throw blanket, anyone will be able to keep warm during the cooler days.
Another secluded living area is also included in the house with a comfortable couch, games and books, extra throw blankets, and a smart TV for entertainment. The two windows open out to the beautiful trees and natural beauty offered outdoors.
Kitchen and Dining
The charm of the house is open and inviting to those who enjoy cooking. Its sea-green walls, white marble countertops, dark hardwood floors, and simple cabinetry brightens the space along with the sunshine flooding through the windows with yet another magical sight of Lake Michigan. The kitchen is stocked plentiful with all the essentials for your dining needs, including fine wine glasses to sit down and unwind with. The kitchen also features an island and stools for extra seating.
Perfectly sat between the kitchen and living room is this fine dining table, accommodating for good times and fantastic meals. This beautiful set overlooks the wonderful lake and provides quick access to the deck.
Bedrooms and Bath
Island View’s grand size was designed with optimum comfort and space in mind. Two luxurious master bedrooms with equally spacious and gorgeous bathrooms and private sights of the lake, a room with two twins beds with access to the highest point of the house perfect for reading, studying, working, or even just getting away for a little while; finally, a four-bed combined bunk bed perfect for those with children, and a third bathroom.
The laundry room is designed with not one but two sets of washer and dryers, which makes laundry quick, convenient, and less of a hassle to get done; this room is also another access to the walk-way outside.

Payment Schedule – 50% due at the time of booking and 50% due 60 days prior to arrival.
Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $1,000 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy –Guest receives 97.00% if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.
We love communicating with our guests. To ensure nothing is missed or lost in translation, we are available via email or text. At time of booking, you will be required to read and sign a short-term rental agreement, provide a security deposit and provide a copy of a government issued ID for guest booking reservation. Once check out is complete, no damage is confirmed and it appears all house rules and check out procedures have been adhered to, your security deposit hold will be released. Please note that this may take up to 7 business days.
Due to same day arrival and departures, regretfully, we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. We ask that you do not interrupt the cleaning crew as this will only delay your check-in. The cleaning crew is not authorized to allow anyone access to the property. - No smoking inside, please use the ash tray out back if smoking. Cigarette butts in the yard will incur extra cleaning fees that will be withheld from your deposit.
- Parties are not allowed as this home is in a quiet neighborhood.
- For insurance and safety purposes, all guests must be listed and accounted for on your reservation/itinerary. No more than the maximum amount of guests may stay at any time.
- It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance when booking our home. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, weather, illness, emergencies etc, which could cause you to need to cancel your trip or end it prematurely. If you choose not to obtain travel insurance, please know that we will abide by our cancellation policy and no refunds will be provided should you decline to protect your travel. If you book this unit, that action constitutes agreement with this policy. Under no circumstances will guest receive a reduction in rent, be relocated at owner’s expense or be refunded for any equipment or amenity failure. Property manager/owner, upon being notified by guest of any malfunction will make every reasonable effort to have such appliances/amenities repaired. Replacement or repair during occupancy cannot be guaranteed. Issues must be reported to owner within 24 hours of arrival.
