Its location is ideal for walking up and down the beautiful streets for retail therapy, shopping needs, or a local coffee shop to satisfy your morning! Whether you’re out and about, going swimming at some of the fantastic lake locations only a drive away, or visiting, this dreamy home will host a wonderful stay for your group!
This charming house is a multi-level above ground home with traditional furnishings touched by modern amenities. Most of the house is covered by hardwood flooring. This build also comes with a whimsical deck area, perfect for quiet hangouts or relaxing with a view. For this home, 10 guests are able to share between 4 bedrooms with 6 cozy beds for a good night’s rest and 2.5 spacious bathrooms to share. This house is perfect for families, groups, or travelers alike!
Living Spaces
The house’s living area is open, spacious, and airy. You have several comfy options for seating along with extra chairs throughout the floor. There is a TV for the whole group to enjoy and several windows with natural light brightening up the room. Whether you’re here to read a book, stay entertained with the TV, or playing a game with the group, this living area is a refreshing place to unwind after a long day of traveling.
Kitchen & Dining
Enjoy cooking up delicious meals with the exquisite fully-stocked kitchen! From dishes and utensils to instapots, this house will have you covered with all you need to create wonderful dinners! And with the dishwasher, you won’t have to fret about hand washing everything after! You have stainless steel appliances and spacious granite countertops to use as well as the kitchen island, perfect for smaller meals, quick snacks, or just to sit with a hot cup of coffee!
The dining table is in its own room just close by! Sat next to the windows, this table for 4 (with extra chairs nearby and the kitchen island stools) will give everyone a nice view and quality mealtime together!
Bedrooms & Baths
Pine Street Arts boasts 4 cozy bedrooms to share. With plenty of space between all, everyone will get some quality sleep! The first bedroom is on the lower level and is a trundle bed with twins. The main primary bedroom has a king bed with plenty of room for couples to share and still have their own room, the third bedroom has two queen beds, each that can hold 2-4 people, and the last bedroom has a king bed. Every bedroom has its own chairs/recliners to relax in!
The full bath has a washer and dryer set for your convenience.

Payment Schedule – 50% due at the time of booking and 50% due 60 days prior to arrival.
Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $1,000 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy –Guest receives 97.00% if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.
We love communicating with our guests. To ensure nothing is missed or lost in translation, we are available via email or text. At time of booking, you will be required to read and sign a short-term rental agreement, provide a security deposit and provide a copy of a government issued ID for guest booking reservation. Once check out is complete, no damage is confirmed and it appears all house rules and check out procedures have been adhered to, your security deposit hold will be released. Please note that this may take up to 7 business days.
Due to same day arrival and departures, regretfully, we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. We ask that you do not interrupt the cleaning crew as this will only delay your check-in. The cleaning crew is not authorized to allow anyone access to the property. Should you arrive to town early, there is plenty to do and see! See our digital guidebook for ideas.
- No pets of any kind.
- No smoking inside, please use the ash tray out back if smoking. Cigarette butts in the yard will incur extra cleaning fees that will be withheld from your deposit.
- Parties are not allowed as this home is in a quiet neighborhood.
- For insurance and safety purposes, all guests must be listed and accounted for on your reservation/itinerary. No more than the maximum amount of guests may stay at any time.
- It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance when booking our home. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, weather, illness, emergencies etc, which could cause you to need to cancel your trip or end it prematurely. If you choose not to obtain travel insurance, please know that we will abide by our cancellation policy and no refunds will be provided should you decline to protect your travel. If you book this unit, that action constitutes agreement with this policy. Under no circumstances will guest receive a reduction in rent, be relocated at owner’s expense or be refunded for any equipment or amenity failure. Property manager/owner, upon being notified by guest of any malfunction will make every reasonable effort to have such appliances/amenities repaired. Replacement or repair during occupancy cannot be guaranteed. Issues must be reported to owner within 24 hours of arrival.
