Along your own private stretch of sandy beach on Big Glen Lake, you’ll have access to all the space and amenities of two amazing lakefront homes, making this the perfect spot to make memories with family and friends.

Living Spaces
The larger of the two, Tonawathya boasts a welcoming open living area that’s bright, airy, and super spacious with vaulted ceilings and a huge wall of windows overlooking the lake. It’s the perfect place to gather, with tons of seating options, a flatscreen TV for family movie nights, and a gas fireplace to make rainy days extra cozy. And the slightly retro vibe makes the space feel just like home.
Next door, the slightly smaller Annex mimics the living space in Tonawathya. It also has vaulted ceilings, an open layout, and tons of windows. With a huge comfy sectional, it’s a super cozy spot. You’ll have a hard time deciding which living room to hang out in!
Kitchen & Dining
With two homes come two kitchens!
In Tonawathya, the light, bright, fully-equipped kitchen features white shaker-style cabinets, fun light fixtures, two kitchen islands, and huge windows showcasing the lake. There are multiple places to dine, from the eat-in kitchen table and stools at the kitchen island to a formal dining table for six and a cozy breakfast table for two.
In the Annex, the kitchen is completely open to the living space, with a large two-tier island that offers plenty of prep space and bar seating for four. Gather for meals (or family game nights) at the huge wooden dining table for six.
Bedrooms & Baths
With five bedrooms, 4 full and 2 half baths, and endless lake views, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out across two homes. It’s the ideal setup for two families to each have their own space (and their own house!) but you can divvy up the spacious bedrooms however you choose.In Tonawathya:

With two houses you get double the lakefront! Both homes have large decks with steps down to your own huge expanse of private beach on Big Glen Lake. Rent or bring your own boat and jet skis – Tonawathya Retreat has moorings and a jet ski hoist to make getting out on the water easy. Hang out on the swim platform, float in the water, fire up the grill on the deck, and gather around the fire pit just steps from the lake. With amenities like this, you’ll never want to leave!

Payment Schedule – 50% due at the time of booking and 50% due 60 days prior to arrival.
Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $1,000 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy –Guest receives 97.00% if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.
We love communicating with our guests. To ensure nothing is missed or lost in translation, we are available via email or text. At time of booking, you will be required to read and sign a short-term rental agreement, provide a security deposit and provide a copy of a government issued ID for guest booking reservation. Once check out is complete, no damage is confirmed and it appears all house rules and check out procedures have been adhered to, your security deposit hold will be released. Please note that this may take up to 7 business days.
Due to same day arrival and departures, regretfully, we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. We ask that you do not interrupt the cleaning crew as this will only delay your check-in. The cleaning crew is not authorized to allow anyone access to the property. - No pets of any kind.
- No smoking inside, please use the ash tray out back if smoking. Cigarette butts in the yard will incur extra cleaning fees that will be withheld from your deposit.
- Parties are not allowed as this home is in a quiet neighborhood.
- For insurance and safety purposes, all guests must be listed and accounted for on your reservation/itinerary. No more than the maximum amount of guests may stay at any time.
- It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance when booking our home. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, weather, illness, emergencies etc, which could cause you to need to cancel your trip or end it prematurely. If you choose not to obtain travel insurance, please know that we will abide by our cancellation policy and no refunds will be provided should you decline to protect your travel. If you book this unit, that action constitutes agreement with this policy. Under no circumstances will guest receive a reduction in rent, be relocated at owner’s expense or be refunded for any equipment or amenity failure. Property manager/owner, upon being notified by guest of any malfunction will make every reasonable effort to have such appliances/amenities repaired. Replacement or repair during occupancy cannot be guaranteed. Issues must be reported to owner within 24 hours of arrival.
