The Space

Step inside to a comfortable, spacious living area where you can unwind after a day on the beach or cozy up by the fireplace on cooler Northern Michigan evenings. Large windows bring the beauty of Lake Michigan right into the condo, so the water is never far from view.

The well-appointed kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and stove, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before heading out to dinner after a full day of exploring.

Step outside onto the furnished porch to enjoy the fresh lake air, surrounding dunes, and beautiful Lake Michigan scenery.

When it’s time to settle in for the night, two comfortable bedrooms provide a relaxing place to recharge for another day Up North.

House Rules

  • Check-in from 4:00 PM - anytime
  • Minimum check-in age - 25
  • NO pets, smoking, or parties
  • Rental agreement electronically signed and driver licenses upload required during booking
  • Check-out 10:00 AM
  • Early/Late check-in/out subject to availability
  • $1000 security hold placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure
  • Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued

We are happy you chose our Beach Walk 3 home for your stay. We hope you will make the most of this cozy home and its amenities. We have put a lot of effort into making it a lovely space. Hence the following House Rules:

  • Homestead pool not available to guests, no grills allowed, and no beach fires.
  • Lock all doors, windows and garage doors any time you leave the house.
  • Absolutely no animals of any kind, as we are extremely allergic. An additional 1,000.00 fee will be imposed if any site or signs of animals. Sorry we take this seriously we even have our housekeepers only use our cleaning equipment. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of reservation without reimbursement for housing of any kind.
  • No Smoking- No smoking of any kind, in the house, including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco products, cannabis or any other smoke or inhaled products. Breaking this rule will incur a $500 fine/fee.
  • No parties or events
  • We leave an initial supply of toiletries and paper towels. 
  • You want to bring any coffees, teas, and extras. 
  • Missing or damaged towels, sheets, quilts, blankets, pillows will be charged to guest at replacement cost.
  • No fireworks.
  • Please park on the cement or gravel area only. No parking or driving on grass or edges is allowed due to possible irrigation and septic damage.
  • Absolutely no beach fires
  • Quiet time is from 11pm-7am daily.
  • Don’t eat in the bedrooms please.
  • We do not expect this to be an issue ever however we are told we must disclose our expectations. Trash/Messy- If the home is left with excessive trash, vomit, bodily fluids we will charge $100 for every extra hour of cleaning required.
  • Accidents/injury=Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm or illness arising from their use of the premises. Guest recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
  • This property has security surveillance outside in the front and back of this home and in the garage/game room.
